Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all records other than financial
  • Keep minutes during meetings
  • Conduct all elections
  • Act as parliamentarian
  • Maintain Constitution, Bi-Laws, and Regulations
  • Chair the Constitutional Revision Committee
  • Make program for E-Expo
  • Maintain website

Goals:
  • Improve the usability and information available on http://speedcouncil.org
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of events which is maintained by the directors
  • Encourage the use of committees including restructuring the way they communicate electronically
  • Revise council's bi-laws and regulations to better reflect the goals of SSSC


Administration Committee

Assists the DOA with administrative tasks including council's website.
