  • The general business meeting on Thursday will be cancelled, due to Election Picnic.

  • Working on scheduling for NAESC Regional Conference
  • Next EDAC on the 14th
  • Tony and I will be meeting with the Dean to schedule E-Expo 2007.

Director of Corporate and Alumni Relations - Adam Pfendt

  • Will visit the University-wide Career Fair

Director of Finance - Joey Gordon

  • Went to Metro Parks to discuss reserving Churchill Field for Summer softball, if we decide to do it.

President - Tony Harper

  • Directors should have their Committees together by the first week of Summer
  • We will be helping each Department and Department Society organize networking events with companies, with the help of the Civil Department, which was successful in an event of this type.
  • There will be food of some sort at the Meeting on Thursday.
    • Jeff says, "Qdoba are a bunch of douches on the phone." at the suggestion of having them cater.
  • I hope everyone does well on Finals. Directors should focus on getting finals done well, and are free to let council work slack until the summer.

Vice President - Allison Douglas

  • Had a very productive EDAC meeting.

Director of Administration - Max Battcher

  • Directors should start using the new "Fridge" website.
    • There will be a Directors and Beta-Testers Assassins game starting after Thursday's meeting to test the new Assassins system.

Director of Corporate and Alumni Relations - Adam Pfendt

  • Seeking Co-op contacts from Directors' and Council Members

Director of Finance - Joey Gordon

  • Still need NAESC payments from those on the Wall of Shame list, would like to see payments on Thursday prior to the deposits on Friday

Director of Public Relations - Jeff Perkins

  • Put up ads for Tuesday's Cheap Lunch
  • Fixing a few door codes tomorrow

Director of Society Relations - Selena DeRossett

  • SWE's elections are this week
  • IEEE's elections are this week

Director of Student Activities - Brian Tate

  • Gathering feedback on the Elections Picnic
  • Setting up this year's GSP trip

  • Committees are important part of council business and should be formed early in the Summer semester.
  • Directors' Meeting should remain on Monday nights for the Summer Semester.

Vice President - Allison Douglas

  • EDAC and ESAC should meet on Friday, May 19th.
  • NAESC Conference Committee should meet sometime in the 1st week of classes.

Director of Student Affairs - Simone Caston

  • The planner should be ready by the end of next week.

Faculty Advisor - Dr. Gerald Willing

  • The ABET Examiners will be visiting in this coming year.
