- There have been quite a few changes that I have made over the break:
- The websites calendar is now a Google Calendar that all directors have permission to update. Simply update the calendar on Google and the changes will be pushed live to the website. Will continue to work on tighter integration to prominently display upcoming events.
- The HTML formatting errors that were present on the Constitution, Bi-Laws, and Regulations on the website have now been corrected.
- The backlog of minutes that were not posted to the website have now all been posted.
- Minutes from the pre-Drupal website still need to be migrated.
- Summer elections need to be held before the end of the month.
- The effective dates for the elections need to be determined.
- Society Game night is currently being planned.
- Steven Ryan will be the DOA proxy for summer council meetings.

- Captains meeting was today. There are 4 captains for the kickball tournament and the ultimate Frisbee tournament had a good representation.

- Advertised for Summer Sports electronically.

- Held captains meeting for ultimate Frisbee. It has since turned into a league.
- Volleyball league
- Will be talking to Belinda about water balloon dodge ball.

- Still working on contacting societies where the old contacts are no longer the representative.
- 16 students showed up to last Thursdays game night along with 3 societies.
- Another game night is tonight!
- Jimmy announced that the game night will be happening.
- Tentative plan on meeting students at their previous event and leading them over to the game night.
- Allie: talked to the SOSers about attending game night and how awesome it is.
DOPR: Belinda Casanova
- Will be chalking arrows to Vogt to lead freshmen to Game Night.
- Will be contacting the Card Shirt people.
- Working on the Water balloon Dodge ball Event.
- Looking for ideas on how to fill 200+ water-balloons.

- Updated the speedcouncil.org and engineering-expo.com to the latest version of Drupal and migrated them to a unified install.
- Will be upgrading the LA website tonight or tomorrow.
- Will be making a new NAESC website for regional.

- A few more people have applied. I will close the nominations tonight and will email all of the representatives.

- Will be getting things together before the next general body meeting.

- Changing the co-op waiver: in order to qualify for a bachelors of science degree you must complete 3 co-ops.
- Don't worry about them removing the copy machine.
- Will have a General Business Meeting this week and next week followed by a meeting every other week.
- Will be looking into resolving an issue about award money from E-Expo 2008

- I haven't chalked to Vogt because I've checked and it's supposed to rain all this week, so my efforts would be fruitless.
- As for the Card Shirt guy. I talked to him and rather than come up with a completely new design specifically just for Speed School, we're going to stick with uniformity and go with the pre-set design they have that is just a variant of the other schools. He'll check back with me soon, just as a formality.
- Water balloon dodgeball is this Thursday. I made a Facebook event. Director's please invite your friends too! I also have put fliers and other advertisement in the on-campus housing.
- @Alex: I'm pretty busy during June. But I should have a final design (ish- maybe more temporary than final) for the website for E Expo soon-ish. I'll also meet with Jared about the design of the website soon, hopefully. Maybe we could just work on it during one or two of the Freshman Game Nights.

- Have collected a nearly completed society contact list.
- Societies have been given access to their page for the SSSC website.

- All of the budget surplus has been taken care of!
- We have ordered everything.
- Working on straightening out the budget now.
- Still need to forward the receipts.
- Will be sending the guy at the squeeshy ball place a picture.
- Will be working on the next big projects.
- At the beginning of the school year there is a meeting about how to use the pro-card, but since we have been so active we will get our own private meeting.
- If things that have been mailed to the council office, give it to Mike first because he needs the invoice.
