  • The first EDAC meeting for E-Expo 2007 will be tomorrow at noon in the Civil Conference Room.
  • ESAC (E-Expo Student Advisory Committee) will have their first meeting in the first two weeks of the summer session.

Director of Regional Conference (NAESC) - Allison Douglas

  • Looking for Regional Conference Committee members.
  • The first Conference Committee meeting will be in the first week of the summer session.

Director of Administration - Max Battcher

  • The new website is being tested at http://fridge.speedcouncil.org/
    • Data migration should happen soon.
    • After some bug fixes I expect the Director's to start using it shortly.
    • All of Council will be invited to test it soon after that.

Director of Finance - Joey Gordon

  • I need those that went to NAESC to pay for it.
  • Looking for a Proxy for the summer
  • There will be a small Sam's Run coming up; let me know of any requests
  • Society Funding will be strict this year; pay attention to the rules

  • Looking for people to help us clean up the Council Office. Shelly and I will be doing a full clean sometime during finals week.

  • Planning for summer with Dempsey Ballou, who will be my proxy
    • The major event will be a Volleyball tournament
  • Planning a GSP trip in the summer

  • The Forum has been pushed back into the Summer to focus on the Handbook
