Motion to discuss House of Representatives - Dick
Second - Simone
Motion carried
Brian changed wording making the House of Representatives voluntary. If an RSO doesn't want to participate it doesn't hurt them. It also includes a sunset clause. The intent is to give RSO's a voice in the senate and reach out to more RSOs across the University.
Unlike the earlier resolution, this is not mandatory. However, the House will not have any enumerated powers.
Overall, council views this new resolution favorably.
