Mission Statement
The Society of Women Engineers provides a support network that celebrates women who aspire to great heights, advance their careers through continued learning, and achieve their dreams. SWE builds an open platform for the discussion of engineering and life topics especially those central to women. SWE celebrates differences and shared connections to promote diversity in an inclusive though not exclusive manner. SWE strives to make its members proud of whom they are and to nurture the weirdness within.
