Personal Background:
I am from Meade County, Kentucky where I have lived my whole life. I am very excited about being a UofL and have love every minute I've been here. I am a pretty relaxed person; however, I can get stressed out at times with all the Speed School workload. I'm a very active person; I like to run all the time and play any sport. I also love finding random sites on the internet, watching multiple tv shows (my favorite is Smallville), and reading books.
In high school, I ran on the varsity cross country and track team while also playing on the varsity golf team. I was highly involved in the Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP) where I developed my love of technology leading to my desire to major in computer engineering.
I have always like working with various graphic design projects, so I thought being the Director of Public Relations would fit as the position requires making many flyers. I also have fallen in love with UofL Speed School in my short time here and want to represent it well.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Also, if you need help with anything involving council, then please let me know, and I'll try my best to help you out!

Personal Background:

Born and raised in Louisville, I am pleased to continue my endeavors this year at UofL, which I love almost as much as the city itself.  I am pretty relaxed in general and it's rare if you ever see me stressed.  In my spare time, you will find me dancing (ballet and modern), hanging out with friends, wasting time on the Internet, or doing homework. In general, I like to have fun and be creative, which led to my previous position as DOPR. This year, I chose to run for DOF because I am organized, responsible, and do a good job of keeping up with my own personal finances.

Though I dabbled in everything in high school (from varsity softball to altar server,) I had never been involved with Student Council until coming to Speed School. And now I love it!  I am so excited to be a director again this year. Please let me know if you ever need help with anything on council (even if it's not directly related to Finance) and I will either get you in contact with the right person or I will help you myself!
